David Hamilton
Director
Damien O’Kane is a Senior Law Accountant at Hamilton Law Accountants, bringing extensive expertise in Scottish legal costs, judicial accounts and law accountancy services. Recognised for his professional approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients, Damien combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional standard of service.Â
In addition to his role, Damien is also a team leader and plays an active role in his team’s overall professional development. He sits on the SOLAS Glasgow committee, acts as Glasgow Class Organiser, and is a member of the SOLAS Education Board, contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of training and educational standards within the organisation.
With an Honours Degree in Accounting, Damien brings a disciplined, organised, and detail-oriented approach to his work. He is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge of law accountancy with the wider Hamiltons Law Accountants team, while continuing to develop new skills and further his professional growth within the industry.
Known for his commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence, Damien approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, focus and a determination to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Damien is an enthusiastic traveller with a particular love for European cities, where he enjoys exploring local culture, history, and architecture. A lifelong football fan, he often combines his travels with visits to iconic stadiums and remains an avid supporter of his local team, rarely missing a chance to cheer them on throughout the season.

Jade Blair
Head of Operations
Jade Blair is Head of Operations at Hamiltons and an experienced Scottish Law Accountant. Having joined Hamiltons as a trainee, she has progressed through the profession to become a highly respected Law Accountant and operational leader within Scotland’s legal costs sector.
As Head of Operations, Jade oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, drives process improvements, and helps ensure Hamilton Law Accountants continues to deliver accurate, efficient, and client-focused services. Alongside her management responsibilities, she maintains a diverse caseload for a wide range of clients and instruction types.
With extensive experience in judicial work, Jade prepares and negotiates accounts of expenses for both receiving and paying parties across all levels of litigation, from low-value Simple Procedure actions to complex, high-value Court of Session and UK Supreme Court cases. She also has significant expertise in private client feeing across numerous firms throughout Scotland.
Jade completed the SOLAS qualification with Merit and remains actively involved in the wider profession. She currently serves as President of the Glasgow Branch of the Scottish Law Agents Society, supporting the development of Law Accountants and promoting professional excellence across the sector.
Jade is passionate about mentoring and developing future Law Accountants and makes a significant contribution to the training and support of new team members, taking great pride in their progression and success.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys travelling, discovering new places, listening to music, and attending concerts. When she is not busy exploring somewhere new, she can often be found at home with her two Ragdolls, enjoying a good book and listening to Taylor Swift.

He is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge of law accountancy with the wider HLA team, while continuing to develop new skills and further his professional growth within the industry.

Kasey Manzie
Senior Law Accountant
Kasey Manzie graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Business Communication and is a Senior Law Accountant and Team Leader here at Hamiltons Law Accountants. Her expertise in Scottish legal costs, combined with her leadership role within the firm, makes Kasey a trusted adviser throughout Scotland.
As a SOLAS-qualified Law Accountant, Kasey manages a diverse caseload spanning judicial and private client feeing. Her experience covers matters at all levels of the Scottish courts, from Simple Procedure actions to complex Court of Session cases. She has extensive experience attending Diets of Assessment and Taxation and reporting outcomes to clients, providing clear and practical advice following negotiations.
Additionally, Kasey leads and supports her team of Law Accountants and Trainee Law Accountants. She plays a key role in mentoring colleagues, developing technical expertise, and maintaining the high standards of client service and professional excellence for which Hamilton Law Accountants is recognised across Scotland.
Kasey is known for her attention to detail, strong client relationships and practical approach to resolving matters efficiently and effectively. She remains committed to delivering a high standard of service to clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Kasey enjoys staying active through yoga and spin classes and can often be found on an adventure with Barney, her cocker spaniel. She is a passionate reader and a keen cinema-goer, always looking forward to her next great book or the latest film release.

Caitlin Reid
Law Accountant
Caitlin is an extremely focused and target driven individual, who is self-motivated and thrives under pressure.
Caitlin has successfully completed her training programme and is now managing her own caseload, preparing and negotiating accounts of expenses.
Caitlin’s extensive experience in management, customer service, client relations and her degree in International Business and Law assist in meeting both our team and clients high standards.
Caitlin is a big people person, so when she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Along with this she is an avid gym goer and loves listening to country music.

Caitlin Timlin
Law Accountant
Caitlin is a highly motivated and dedicated team member who utilises her skills and works diligently to deliver excellent service to our clients. Having completed a Bachelor of Law degree and successfully completing her Law Accountant training programme, she is applying her knowledge to her current role as a Law Accountant.
With years of experience in client management and individual account handling, she now manages her own caseload and is responsible for preparing and negotiating accounts.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys watching her football team on the weekends and attending concerts where she loves to sing her heart out, especially to Taylor Swift.

Ruth MacDonald
Law Accountant
Ruth, a highly organised and self-motivated team member, is dedicated to delivering first class work for our clients. With a completed apprenticeship in customer service and extensive experience in this field, Ruth’s strong communication skills shine through in her interactions with our clients and the building of strong effective relationships. Ruth has now fully completed her SOLAS course and qualifications which allows her to now use her new developed skills within her role.
Ruth has successfully completed her training programme and now confidently manages her own caseload. Ruth is confident that her passion for law and accounting, coupled with her customer service expertise from previous roles and new developed experience, skills and qualifications will help her succeed with the team and our client’s high standards.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Ruth loves spending quality time with family and friends. In her free time, she frequents the gym during the week and enjoys nice meals out and leisurely local walks when the weather permits.

Ciara McKinley
Trainee Law Accountant
Ciara is a determined and hard-working team-member who is keen to use her skills and knowledge from both her Bachelor of Law degree and her experience from customer facing positions, in her new role as a Trainee Law Accountant within Hamiltons. Ciara is full of energy and is eager to work with our team to successfully complete her law accountancy training programme. She is committed to advancing her skills and knowledge and is very much looking forward to starting her SOLAS training this year.   With four years of experience in leading customer service teams, Ciara is excited to build effective working relationships with our clients. Â
Outside of work, Ciara is a big people person who enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also finds joy in assisting her mum with her dance school and staying active by going to the gym and keeping fit.

Daniel Toner
Business Technology Specialist
With over 10 years of experience across a range of industries; in data analytics; business intelligence; reporting; consultancy and project management; Daniel joins Hamiltons as our Business Technology Specialist, working closely with the team at Hamiltons and our stakeholders to optimise IT systems & processes that support our strategic and operational goals.
Daniel has a proven ability to translate complex data into clear practical solutions. He is highly skilled in process development, driving efficiency through the design and implementation of streamlined workflows and automation to replace labour-intensive processes. Daniel demonstrates agile methodologies and CI/CD practices to ensure continuous improvement, seamless integration, and sustainable business outcomes for both Hamiltons and our Clients.
Daniel is enjoying the new challenge of working within the law accountancy industry, where he is already applying his outside-the-box thinking and technical expertise to help modernise and futureproof systems and processes.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys travelling to different countries and immersing himself in different cultures. His travel experiences continue to broaden his perspective and fuel his creativity in his professional life.

Jack Watson
Trainee Law Accountant
Jack recently joined Hamiltons as a Trainee Law Accountant.  After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting he gained five years’ experience in the hospitality sector as a supervisor chef, where he demonstrated strong leadership and the ability to perform under pressure.
Jack is eager to learn from those who have completed our trainee programme before him. His strong attention to details and his ability to quickly grasp new concepts will be key as he develops his skillset and grows towards a successful career within the law accountancy profession.
Outside of work, Jack plays for his local football team, Cumbernauld United, and enjoys keeping active through the gym and running. He also values spending quality time with family and friends.

Amy Watson
Trainee Law Accountant
Amy has recently joined Hamiltons as a Trainee Law Accountant.  After graduating with a degree in Business Law and Finance, she gained valuable customer service experience, developing strong teamwork and adaptability skills through her roles in retail.
She is passionate about building her career in law accountancy and is excited to learn from our experienced team. Amy enjoys tackling challenges and is committed to developing both personally and professionally as she embarks on her training & development path within Hamiltons.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and exploring new places on city breaks.

Craig McLennan
Trainee Law Accountant
Craig holds a First-Class BA Business Degree, which provides a solid foundation in various aspects of business and finance, alongside some of the baser fundamentals of law. After graduating, he took some time to carefully consider his career path while continuing to work in retail. Starting his career in Retail at 17, Craig has gained and honed extensive experience in customer service and quality and has developed strong teamwork and communication skills. Now, as a Trainee Law Accountant, Craig applies the discipline and drive developed over the years to his current role, with a strong commitment to professional growth and a desire to achieve the SOLAS qualification and successfully complete our training programme.
Outside of work, Craig stays active by regularly going to the gym and playing golf, where he is a member of a local course. He also has a background in Scottish Pipe Band Snare Drumming and enjoys both playing and teaching this skill. Whilst he still religiously watches football, golf has become his preferred sport to play! Â The focus and self-improvement Craig pursues in his personal life directly translate into his approach to his career, where he is eager to progress and make a meaningful contribution to both Hamiltons and our Clients.

Sharron Mullady
Senior Administrator
With years of experience in administrative and supervisory roles, Sharron brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Hamiltons Law Accountants. Her record of streamlining administrative tasks and processes enhances our backroom support to both our team and clients.
Sharron’s commitment to excellence and her proactive approach are perfectly aligned with our values and goals. In addition to her administrative skills, Sharron has years of experience in the social care sector and is passionate about building strong relationships and helping others.
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, relaxing with her family, and listening to music.

Megan Neilly
Marketing & Content Lead
Megan is the Marketing & Content Lead at Hamiltons Law Accountants, where she oversees the firm’s digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion. Holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing, she plays a key role in strengthening our organisation’s online presence through website management, content development, email marketing, social media campaigns, and conference coordination.
Working closely with the Leadership Team and our Law Accountancy Experts, Megan creates engaging and informative content that helps our clients better understand the complexities of law accountancy. She also supports our conference exhibitions, speaking engagements, networking events, and client engagement initiatives, all of which help to connect our clients with expert advice and industry developments.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Megan trying out a new gym class, singing along to Taylor Swift, or searching for the best brunch spots with friends. She enjoys keeping up with the latest social media trends, discovering new places to visit, and making the most of her weekends with family and friends.

Mari-Louise Graham

Mari-Louise is a Senior Administrator here at Hamiltons Law Accountants, bringing years of support experience within the legal sector and a strong background in customer service. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering excellence, maintaining high standards and ensuring clients across Scotland receive a responsive and supportive experience.Â
Mari-Louise brings a positive, proactive approach to all she does and thrives in fast-paced environments, where attention to detail and adaptability are key.
Outside of work, Mari-Louise is a busy mum who enjoys keeping active through regular gym sessions and supporting her two children in their football activities. She values spending quality time with family and friends.
