Marketing & Content Lead
The Role
This is a brand-new role and a genuine opportunity for someone with strong foundations to grow into a key position within the business. You’ll play a central role in building and developing our marketing and social media presence, creating engaging content, strengthening our brand within the legal sector, and helping attract new clients. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll gain direct insight and support while having the freedom to take ownership, develop your skills, and grow into a key role as the business expands.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a job, its for someone motivated to build, improve and take ownership. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand the role and develop into a broader position within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (video, graphics, insights) across social platforms
- Manage and grow our social media presence across a number of platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn (B2B)
- Plan and deliver a marketing calendar aligned to business goals
- Manage daily engagement and track performance
- Turn complex legal topics into clear, compelling content
- Manage and support promotion of events and evaluate ROI
- Oversee website content via third-party suppliers
- Plan and manage our presence at conferences and industry events, developing engaging themes, overseeing trade stand setup, and ensuring all activity drives client engagement and business opportunities.
- Manage accreditations and awards
Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation with strong examples
- Content skills: video editing, graphic design (Canva/Adobe),
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and analytics
- Basic SEO and website content experience
- Professional services experience is helpful but not essential
- Driving Licence

What We Offer
- Salary: £24,478 to £30,140
- 35-hour working week
